Was the shooting at Prague University on December 21, 2023, orchestrated by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)? No, that is not true: There is no evidence that the CIA was involved.
The claim appeared in a video (archived here) on TikTok, published by @gergespeed on December 23, 2023. The caption, translated from Czech into English by Lead Stories staff, reads:
Kudos to the CIA agents for shutting down the subway, it was a master stroke and the guy just committed suicide or he was shot by a sniper after completing the mission of killing at least 10 people.

The gunman, a 24-year-old Czech student, who studied history at the university, killed himself after being surrounded by the police (archived here). However, reliable reports here and here (archived here and here) do not indicate that the attacker, who was responsible for killing 14 people at Charles University, and for the murder of his father, another man, and an infant, was working with the armed forces or foreign agents.
In addition, a search with the words "Prague shooting" AND "CIA" (archived here), conducted by Lead Stories on December 29, 2023, using Google News' index of thousands of credible news sites did not reveal any factual reports that would support the claim that the CIA was involved in this deadly operation.
